I never realized a car crash would send me, a 22 year old college student, back to the mastery lessons of a five year old. One moment I prepared to graduate, complete with a job waiting for me after graduation. The next, I learned to tie my shoes. Broken physically, emotionally and mentally, I had to find the strength and the will to be lifted up.
I spent several months mired in the quicksand of pain, anguish, and despair. One day I decided to climb to solid ground. I needed courage, perseverance and the commitment to trust God, who is always faithful, to give me hope.
We all face challenges. Some of the challenges can be anticipated and some can not. They may include financial concerns, family issues, loss of a loved one, injury, illness, abuse, and the like. It’s how we look toward God with these challenges that helps determine the outcome and our attitude. I believe you will not only survive, but thrive, when you place your trust in God and dare to take the next steps with faith, courage and imagination. All of my faith-based presentations are supported with scripture from The Bible.
I believe the healed are called to help the hurt. I speak to assist not only those who have been injured or to those who assist others who have been injured, but also to folks who face what appear to be insurmountable mountains. My multimedia presentation is tailored to the needs of my audience.
